Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
